Ability To Delegate Responsibility

A leader has to be able to delegate some of the responsibilities of work to others. It is impossible for any one person, leader or not, to take responsibilities for all of the work. They need to have other capable individuals who can handle certain responsibilities.

Confidence

There is a very careful balance between showing confidence and being arrogant. Confidence shows that one trusts one’s own ability to get things done. Arrogance on the other hand is the belief that one is unstoppable and infallible. It is important to show confidence without crossing the line into showing even a hint of arrogance. It will be picked up immediately if arrogance is shown, and that should never happen.

Being Positive

The best leaders are the ones who look at the cup as half full. Keeping positive energy flowing through the office is a wise idea. Everyone needs to be committed to the same goals and principles and that means keeping everyone energised and happy. Being positive is the only way to make it all happen.
