Clients Challenge

T & TTurner & Townsend employs around 2,400 staff and operates in 63 offices in 28 countries. It is a global professional services organisation that provides consultancy, delivery, operations and programme management services to businesses that invest in, own and operate assets.

 

The key business objectives were to enable each board of directors in each key global location to:

  • Improve staff survey outcomes

OnTrack Solution

This solution is ongoing and has been delivered by OnTrack in matt-fraser-laptop-webTurner & Townsend locations such as; USA, Europe, UK, Australia, Africa and Asia.

A modular programme was created interspersed with 1:1 coaching and live project work focused on application of the learning to real business challenges. The 6 days of face to face training consisted of three main focus areas; on business, on client, and on people.

It was important to Turner & Townsend that OnTrack could deliver this solution globally to the board level in all of the specified locations allowing the Managing Director to tailor the training to meet the needs of their own team.

OnTrack Measured Results

The style of the workshops led to the development of clear business focused plans for each module topic area under the ownership of each Managing Director. Each Managing Director took an action away to report business progress following the Global Leadership Development programme to the Global CEO.

This has been a great value add project. We agreed an approach and outline of the development with T&T globally but each Managing Director was able to tailor the learning to meet the needs of their own teams reflecting the maturity of their part of the business and the climate and culture into which is was delivered.
