OnTrack were recently approached by an International Agricultural Co-operative, to have an initial chat about a possible global change management project.

The group had some key objectives including;

  • Become more confident and capable at leading and managing the change process, at both a strategic and regional/local level
  • Engage with their teams from the start and communicate the reasons for change, securing buy-in and delivering change effectively
  • Move away from a ‘silo’ mentality, helping to support and maintain a “one company” culture
  • Ensure that their Business Unit’s remain current, competitive and efficient

OnTrack proposed a winning solution to be piloted in France and Brazil early next year, before being offered out across the businesses other global locations. OnTrack will work in partnership with our new client to produce full learning content and briefing materials for Line Managers and HR Teams in each country.  The final solution, designed completely bespoke for the client, will employ a mix of facilitated workshops, and virtual classrooms to really help embed the learning, a truly blended approach!
