The journey begins with an initial consultation meeting with one of our team. This is when we aim to truly
understand the business and problems that our clients are trying to address, so that we can determine the most effective solution in both time and money. It’s also when we build great working relationships with the key stakeholders.
We always consider and offer, when appropriate, a truly blended solution which typically includes pre and post course activities such as action learning sets to really help to embed the learning and apply them to real issues within the business. Our classroom based solutions are engaging and interactive which is why we score so highly in our client survey results around the consultants’ ability to deliver.
We are living in a digital age where delegates want access to learning outside of the traditional classroom. Our clients are keen to explore the world of ‘virtual’ and ‘just in time’ learning and at OnTrack our virtual classrooms, online managers toolkit and social learning platforms are always well received and add real value to any solution we develop.
