Principal Learning Consultant
This position will be home-based with regular travel as businesses open back up.
OnTrack International currently seeks a Principal Consultant. The successful individual will have the pleasure of working with our impressive client list to solve complex challenges through people development strategies.
It’s important to note that our Principal Consultants are not trainers – their experience and expertise make them highly skilled facilitators who can consult. Each of our consultants has experience in a variety of disciplines and sectors – but each also has their own unique specialism. If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you!
Working within our Consultancy team, the successful individual will have experience with the most recent focus on designing and creating innovative learning technology solutions. You will be also comfortable delivering blended learning & development solutions across many mediums including face to face and leveraging our internal learning technology experts to create best in class solutions for our clients.
