Can you believe we are over halfway through December already? Where has the year gone?
With only a short time to go until we shut our doors for a few days to celebrate Christmas, we wanted to talk to you about our festive plans.
At this time of year, we like to show our appreciation to our loyal customers and team members who have stuck by us this year. 2021 may not have been the year we expected with lockdowns, remote working and COVID-19 causing businesses to overcome challenges we haven’t had to previously face.
However, we have made it to the end of the year, and we wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your support and your business, our customers make us who we are. So, thank you to you all!
Usually, during this season of giving, we would send out a small token of our appreciation to our customers. However, this year we wanted to go one step further and use that money to support a charity close to our hearts, here at OnTrack.
So, instead we will be making a sizeable donation to Maggie’s. This charity provides free support and information for those who have been diagnosed with cancer, as well as family members who have been affected by it. This is a very special charity to us and Maggie’s hard work setting up support centres helps so many people with cancer; a disease which affects around 50% of us in our lifetime around the UK.
Maggie’s provides support for not just the diagnosis of the cancer, but can provide advice on finances, relationships, stress and much more. Their team consists of support specialists, psychologists, and benefits advisors. This means they can provide an all-encompassing support network for cancer sufferers and their families.
