Get involved in the UK’s quest to be a world leader on gender diversity
The UK Government is continually urging businesses to renew their commitment to diversity. Sir Philip Hampton is the latest remind and extend the target to all FTSE 350 companies of filling one third of their senior leadership positions below board level with women.
We would like to invite you to our next event which is taking place on Monday 11th June at 6pm in Central London. Are you OnTrack to meet the 2020 target of 33% FTSE 350 boards being female?
What better time that the ‘Year of the Woman’ is there to discuss the challenges that face many organisations in meeting the suggested target from UK Trade Minister Lord Davies. Sign up now to save your space!
An encouraging review recently found that FTSE 100 companies are on track to meet the target. If they continue to meet progress made in the last 3 years. What are you doing? Does it differ from other organisations? Can you learn from organisations who are making great strides toward this target?
How do you develop a pipeline of successful female leaders? What skills and behaviours should you be focusing on?
Hear from speakers such as Linda Hall at Barclays Bank on how they are tackling the challenges. Other members of the panel include Handelsbanken, Morgan, Kuehne & Nagel and Toyota. The event will be a lively panel discussion featuring insights from senior leaders on how they are working toward becoming global leaders on gender diversity.
