Looking at the responses, it is fantastic to see that we are living up to one of our core values of “Better and better all the time”. Not only have our average scores increased yet again, but also many of our clients have stipulated how much they value their ‘partnership’ with OnTrack and that we ‘challenge thinking’ and provide ‘thought leadership’. This incredible feedback is key to OnTrack being the only UK organisation that has been announced on the Training Industry’s 2015 Leadership Training Companies Watch list.
