In addition to this programme, OnTrack delivers a range of topics tailored to meet the diverse needs of the Omio workforce. From workshops on building a Respectful Workplace to Effectively Leading and Managing Change, our comprehensive training sessions have addressed the diverse and often complex challenges managers and employees face. Other topics included Presenting with Impact, Responsive Leadership, and Omio’s Annual SPARK Event, focusing on themes such as Respectful Workplace and Change as precursors to subsequent programmes.
Success in Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
One of the programme highlights revolves around our impactful workshop on presentation skills. The feedback we received from participants speaks volumes about the success of this initiative. Participants were initially sceptical about the workshop, fearing there would be a heavy reliance on mnemonic devices and tips and tricks. However, our content is constantly updated to reflect the reality of the world today. By delivering dynamic material in combination with a skilled facilitator, Eva, we were able to shatter those preconceptions.
The participants appreciated Eva’s tailored approach, emphasising individual improvement and development rather than generic advice. The small, diverse group provided a conducive environment for learning, and Eva’s understanding of each attendee’s unique needs left a lasting impression.
