Seasoned expert and business psychologist Ben White re-joins from Capita as Executive Consultant
Learning and development consultancy OnTrack International has appointed Ben White as Executive Consultant. Ben will work with senior leaders and board members within OnTrack’s client base to support their people development strategies with evidence-based learning and development.
Ben is a certified business psychologist and qualified executive coach dedicated to realising human potential and delivering sustainable organisational change. He has over 15 years of experience across in-house and consultancy roles, most recently at Capita.
He specialises in designing and delivering solutions that drive performance and maximise people and team potential within organisations. He has worked with some of the world’s best-known SMEs and global businesses, across multiple sectors, including telecoms, aviation, retail, pharmaceuticals, construction, and professional services.
Ben holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He also graduated from the Academy of Executive Coaching as a qualified practitioner.
Ben’s appointment will further support OnTrack’s strategy to help global businesses overcome challenges and grow their people. The firm delivers powerful results for its clients through a broad range of learning capabilities and unique intellect.
