Having provided the transmission capability for the BBC’s first radio broadcast in 1922, our client knows the importance of impeccable service and needing the employees to deliver it.
Faced with an increase in competition for the very best graduates in the country, OnTrack were approached to launch our client’s first Graduate Programme. Due to the complex nature of the company exploits in the field, OnTrack were required to deliver a comprehensive and sophisticated learning programme designed to attract and retain the very best graduates in a highly competitive market.
OnTrack initially worked with a partner company to recruit, attract and select who were appointed each March to embark on a two-year Graduate Programme devised to begin each September. As a technical company, hiring highly skilled graduates to meet future needs, the programme required needed a thorough understanding of their development aspirations and company values.
As one example of the collaborative process, OnTrack International helped our client integrate aspects of the wider business into their Graduate Programme to capitalise on the potential of their graduates.
