Insurance services

This workshop was one of five core leadership offerings for this client. It was offered to middle and senior managers. Fundamental to this programme was how after an acquisition and merger managers and leaders drove value from teams who were both remote and those who were managed within a matrix environment. These managers needed to manage teams in over 13 different countries.

Telecoms

This OnTrack senior management solution was run specifically for project managers who had to engage with disparate teams, partners and third party suppliers, in driving cutting edge solutions. Key to this programme were aspects of personal brand, influence and driving change with people that the managers did not have direct responsibility for.

Banking

As part of a streamlining process within this high street banking client, OnTrack were asked to develop competencies within their middle to senior manager population specific to working within a matrix organisation and engaging with remote teams.
