Our client operates from 63 offices in 28 countries. It is a global professional services organisation that provides consultancy, delivery, operations, and programme management services to businesses that invest in, own and operate assets.
The key business objectives were to enable each board of directors in each key global location to:
• Increase income and profit
• Improve staff survey outcomes
• Enhance the talent pipeline
• Believe the business is investing in them as individuals
• Increase staff retention
• Strengthen the brand in the marketplace

The solution.
This solution was delivered across the world by OnTrack in the client locations such as; USA, Europe, UK, Australia, Africa and Asia.
A modular programme was created, interspersed with 1:1 coaching, and live project work focused on the application of the learning to real business challenges. The learning consisted of a focus on three pillars:
• a focus on business
• a focus on client
• a focus on people
It was important to our client that OnTrack could deliver this solution globally to the board level in all the specified locations allowing the Managing Director to tailor the training to meet the needs of their own team.

The outcome.
The style of the learning led to the development of clear business-focused plans for each of the three pillars under the ownership of each Managing Director. Each Managing Director took an action away to report business progress following the Global Leadership Development programme to the Global CEO.
