All of a sudden, remote working has become a reality for so many thanks to COVID-19. These are stressful times for leaders and everyone in the global population with national borders being locked down, travel being impacted, empty stadiums and sports seasons cancelled and daily life changing rapidly.
Though technology can be fantastic – it allows some of us to keep on working and everyone can keep us in touch with distant loved ones – it also has a dark side; overuse can isolate us from the ones we live with.
