Time Management

Where has the time gone?

Time Management

Do you feel that your wheels are spinning so fast, but you are not getting anywhere? Do you find that your "To Do List" keeps growing through the day/ week? Did you ever have the feeling where you wondered where the time had gone? At OnTrack we have surveyed some of the most successful people in the world, and guess what we've found, they have only the same number of hours available as all of us.

Good time managers get into a productive zone where their direction each day is focussed on value adding activity. People in that productive zone appear confident, in control and very capable. They have an aura of positive energy from the satisfaction they get from success.

This product area is led by Jim Hetherton. Jim draws on his corporate experience as a Manager at Tesco as well as his consulting experience at FranklinCovey to design and develop our approach. He has helped many thousands of people in the last 20 years to improve their performance by applying some world class techniques. Jim continually receives exceptional feedback from delegates for his "life changing" sessions.

Our approach helps:

  • Increase productivity, personal and team performance and profit by considering time resource
  • Keep work pressure at a manageable level and people energised
  • Focus on the important activity and manage the urgent activity through a structured prioritisation process

  • KeyTime – a method for completing important tasks on time
