Working with a range of high level scientists and medics, including key opinion leaders within this multi-national Swiss based pharmaceutical client. Enabling them to connect and communicate clearly with their target audiences who are often non-clinical and non-technical. The OnTrack solution concentrated on making complex, theoretical, technical and data-based presentations simpler and more palatable.
Retail Sector
Coaching the senior directors and heads of countries in this multi-national retail organisation so they can present and speak in public in a charismatic and inspirational way. They are often required to speak to large challenging, cross-cultural and sometimes hostile audiences in big environments so there was a need to develop their 'Performance' skills to help them engage with the audience and deliver memorable and energising messages.
