This product area is led by Jim Hetherton. Jim inherits over 20 years of OnTracks research and development of project management tools and processes. His experience as a consultant for a wide range of international companies, has proved an ideal background for heading up this product area. He has added many new innovations to the OnTrack approach to make learning this topic engaging and fun.

Across many business units individuals were expected to efficiently and effectively manage or participate in multiple projects. Through two levels of skill development this organisation developed their teams confidence and capability to project plan or manage projects and stakeholders. Both programmes were supported with a common methodology and terms of reference – so became, together, a development plan for many individuals. Both programmes engaged individuals in running mock projects as opposed being a merely theoretical experience.
Construction
As part of a Graduate Programme managing projects in the construction industry is essential. This programme builds on the graduate's university understanding and work based experience to enhance their decision making, risk management and stakeholder relationships. This programme is built around a 'real life' scenario.
