Regional Centre - Singapore

OnTrack has a Regional Centre in Singapore controlling our services across the South East Asian Region. This includes; Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

We have Master L&D Consultants in each country who can offer local language capability. The Regional Centre is managed by Cidi Wee. Cidi has over 20 years of experience as a training professional. He holds a Master of Science in Training (University of Leicester) and a number of professional certificates in people development and assessment. Cidi and our Asian colleagues have worked with a range of private and public sector organisations.

This includes Barclays, Motorola, Turner & Townsend, Pepperl & Fuchs, Toyota Singapore, Mitsubishi Corporation, Sheraton Hotel, ST Engineering Group, Civil Service College International, National University of Singapore, Ministry of Education, NTUC Learning Hub, Governments for ASEAN and the African/Middle East Countries, UNDP, USAid to name a few.

Recent programmes delivered by Cidi and his team have included Leadership and Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, Performance Management, Train-the-Trainer, Personal and Organisational Productivity.
