Creating an international development programme can be very challenging. Consistency of quality and approach to core and local issues in multiple international locations and languages requires careful management.

Over the last 20 years we have perfected global delivery at the highest standards. This hinges on the resourcing and management of our global delivery team. The same high standards are imperative to ensure we have consultants with the right blend of business acumen, training expertise and passion to develop skills and elevate attitudes to ensure optimum results.

Each global programme has a Project Leader who takes responsibility for designing the programme and equipping the delivery team with the knowledge and skill to address the goals. The OnTrack Academy, our LMS, ensures good communication between the Project Leader and the delivery team.
