For this particular organisation we were involved in running a series of bespoke workshops for their senior leadership team, within different countries. The context of these workshops have been based upon how the senior team can apply the latest thinking in strategic innovation, to realise a new value curve within the sector, given the cultural anomalies within their countries of origin. As a result, these workshops liberated new processes, systems and services from the habitual common working practices that had long been established within the organisation.

Manufacturing

Over the last 3 years we have been actively involved in developing a paradigm shift away from the habitual operational mindset to that of strategic innovation for this organisation. The particular interventions, customised to the specific needs of this organisation and its sector, have now been integrated into their senior management development programme.

Retail

This premier retail brand has had more strategic importance placed upon the senior management population. This, in the main, has been due to a new CEO. To support the demonstration, and value specific sections in their leadership, workshops have been focussed on the strategic processes and approaches that liberates additional value from both a product and service perspective. This focussed on not only the internal teams but also on the external suppliers to involve them in the strategic direction.
