In the chaos of change, good leadership is critical! Without it there can be poor motivation, stress, low productivity, loss of talent, conflict, employee resistance and complete commercial failure.

The impact of technology through the web and a new breed of better informed customers has resulted in the need for businesses to manage change like never before in corporate history. This product area is led by Warren Wright. Warren draws on many years of practice, research and development in to change. Warren uses his experience from many major global organisations to lead our development in this key area.

Automotive
This development solution was one of six offered to this prestige car manufacturers leadership team. This was offered as part of a global integration process and looked at how leaders engaged with their teams more effectively to specifically drive higher levels of engagement and commitment to transformational change.

Petrochemical
As part of the leadership and graduate development portfolio, the module on dealing with change, focussed specifically upon the three elements of change and also the John Kotter model on the eight steps of transformational change. This enabled global project managers to develop a process and check list to ensure a consistent approach to change management globally.

Banking
As part of one of the world's largest IT integration projects, we designed two modules on change to support the leadership population in how they engaged with their new internal teams, external consultants and third party suppliers. For this particular intervention the learning was focussed around both transitional and transformational change. This enabled leaders to choose their change strategy dependent on the situation in the context of the change itself.
