The success of any company is due to its people. We know that our success is dependent on our people and we look after them accordingly. Here are a few things we do to help our people keep us at the leading edge.
Our corporate training policy is linked into OnTrack's strategy this in-turn is embedded into the performance plans of each staff member. Each person has a formalised performance review every 6 months; these are backed up by 360's. The staff performance plans have Key Performance Areas these are founded upon OnTrack's Guiding Principles and form the basis of our reward process. The process allows reward to be given transparently for not only skills development but behaviours which are in alignment to the OnTrack Principles.
