On Track has a global team of over 100 consultants. Each one selected for their blend of business experience, knowledge and delivery capability.
All projects are developed and managed from the UK by our Project Managers (PM's). For each project, we appoint one of our PM's to manage the design, development and delivery of the solution. The choice of consultant will depend on the curriculum area. Each PM has curriculum areas which they are responsible for and they will either lead the projects in those areas or be part of the project team. Our approach ensures we capture and share the value of every project experience.

Warren Wright
Responsible for: Cross Cultural Communication, International Remote and Matrix Management, Change Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Culture Change, People Development Post Merger and Acquisition.
Warren is a Principal Consultant and Director of OnTrack. He has worked in various international positions within blue chip organisations. Warren has over 18 years experience in learning and development consultancy. He has worked in a wide range of sectors and global organisations. This includes British Airways, BP, Shell, Credit Suisse, Barclays Bank, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, GSK and The Virgin Group to name just a few.
Warren has developed a reputation for his blend of intellectual rigour and empathic facilitation. He has become one of OnTracks most in demand consultants. His extensive experience as a Board advisor, facilitator, coach and mentor to senior executives brings added value to any project. He is a Principal Consultant and a Director with specific responsibilities for the intellectual capability of the business.
David Millington
Responsible for: Team Development, Talent Management, Project Management and Planning.
David is a Principal Consultant and our Head of Learning and Development. He has over fifteen years of experience in training and development. This includes positions in BP, Greater Manchester Police service and First Choice Holidays plc. At OnTrack David has worked with a range of our major clients. As a Principal Consultant, he manages many projects and account relationships. He has always been well received at all levels including senior management.
When Vodafone outsourced part of their Learning and Development to OnTrack, David was appointed as an internal Management Development Consultant managing the design and development of bespoke solutions. He is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and an accredited Team Development Assessor.
Mary Tillson
Responsible for: Customer Service, Customer Care.
A highly-experienced Principal Consultant and facilitator with considerable experience in designing and delivering a whole range of learning solutions. This includes leadership, management development, behavioural and customer service programmes.
Prior to joining OnTrack, Mary was a senior consultant with American Express Europe. Here she designed and managed a range of projects. This included the highly acclaimed Voice of Excellence Programme which was rolled out across all Customer Service personnel throughout EMEA. The programme showed substantial ROI including a 48% increase in customer satisfaction scores.
At OnTrack, she has worked with many companies including Toyota, CBRE, KPMG, Barclays, Pearson Media group, Vodafone and First Choice Holidays. Mary brings tremendous passion and enthusiasm to her work. She has a strong facilitative style and engaging way of bonding and connecting with delegates.
Matt McIntyre
Responsible for: Interpersonal Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Recruitment Interviewing.
Matt is a Learning and Development Consultant and joined OnTrack in November 1999. During this time Matt has been delivering workshops for many of OnTrack's major clients, including, Barclays, SITA International, Volvo, Vodafone, Kimberly Clark and LV.
Matt specialises in behavioural subjects, such as Presentation Skills, Assertiveness, Time Management and Negotiation Skills, where he has always received exceptional reviews. Matt has not only worked extensively throughout the UK but has also delivered across Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
Responsible for: Personal Organisational and Planning, Time Management, Managing Work Based Pressure.
Jim is a Learning and Development Consultant who has held leadership and management positions at Tesco and was a senior consultant with Franklin Covey Europe. He has extensive experience in sales, sales management and learning and development at both strategic and operational levels.
He is particularly recognised for his work in developing individual performance and increasing personal productivity.

Joe Walker
Responsible for: Influence and Negotiation, Coaching and Mentoring.
Joe joined OnTrack International as a Learning and Development Consultant in November 1999. He has a sales and management background having worked for many well known organisations. Before joining OnTrack he was Sales and Training Director with one of the UK's largest office products buying consortiums.
During his time at OnTrack, he has worked at the highest level with many well known organisations such as; Barclays Bank, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Kimberley Clark, Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford, Vodafone, Easyjet, Novartis, BT, BP and many others.
Joe is an accredited behaviour analyst, specialising in the science of verbal communication and the impact it has on individual perceptions and their ability to be an effective leader and communicator. Joe has a unique ability to connect with people at all levels, this combined with his effective and enthusiastic training style brings out the full potential of those he is working with.

Rosemary Bailey
Responsible for: Public Speaking and Presenting
Rosemary is a Principal Consultant who initially trained as an actress, for a career in television and film. Here she gained a deep understanding of behaviour and communication. Following a brief and successful period in this industry she decided to pursue a career in the commercial world.
Prior to co-founding OnTrack, she spent several years in sales and sales management with major UK and US blue chip companies. In this role she honed her interpersonal skills to build positive and fruitful relations with others. This led to a career in management education, helping people from the private and public sector to improve their personal effectiveness.
Rosemary is an international speaker and a leading authority on the development of public speaking and presentation skills. Her lively and dynamic presentation style is moving and motivational. She is an inspiring and influential trainer receiving the highest acclaim from the many thousands of people she has trained. Delegates have included well known business people, politicians, members of the Royal Family and organisations including Diageo, KPMG, Vodafone and Estee Lauder at Board Level.
Peter Hurst
Responsible for: Managing Performance, Financial & Commercial Awareness, Employee Engagement.
Peter is a Principal Consultant with who has a corporate background with management and training experience. Prior to OnTrack he was with Barclays Bank as a divisional Head of L&D.
The last 15 years have been dedicated to learning and development consulting. Peter works at all levels and brings a high standard of commercial expertise to his work. It enables him to connect well with senior managers and executives.
He is MD of OnTrack International, working globally within a number of industries, including banking, automotive and telecommunications. He has a natural facilitative and engaging style, which generates high levels of understanding, empathy and trust.

Kevin Johnson
Responsible for: Leadership, Sales Management, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Engagement, Problem Solving and Critical Questioning, Leading International Teams.
Kevin is a Principal Consultant and has a background in sales and sales management prior to his consulting career. He has an inspirational, engaging facilitative style of delivery. This has helped him to work successfully at all levels including main board directors. He has worked with many well know organisations. This includes with Barclays Bank, BP, BT, Ford Motor Company, GSK, Kimberly Clark, Royal & Sun Alliance, Vodafone and many others.
Kevin has also created and contributed to many of OnTracks internationally acclaimed models. A client recently reported 1200% return on investment from one of his development interventions.
Joe Birri
Responsible for: Blended Learning solutions
Joe is a Blended Learning Relationship Manager and has a background in constructing customised solutions for his clients. He started off his career in Pharmaceutical compliance training; developing on-site classroom based training, and then he turned his attention to all things virtual.
Joe has an expansive knowledge on face-2-face, eLearning, mLearning, LMS/VLE, virtual learning, & HVL. His expertise is crucial in using modern day technology within Learning and Development to maximise value, effectiveness, and most importantly gaining ROI from a learning solution.

Robert Alp
Responsible for: Outdoor and Experiential Learning
Robert is an investigative Learning Consultant who developed a passion for people development leading a team of staff as a Head of Small Business for a High Street Bank in the mid 1990’s. This role developed to Rob becoming a ‘visiting group leader’, working with training teams to deliver courses and assess the training.
Robert now utilises his experience gained as a coach and facilitator with an outdoor experiential learning centre to positively challenge thinking.
